Lumina Dental only accesses Google user data after the user explicitly authorises access through Google's OAuth permission process. Google user data is used only to provide the functionality requested by the authorised user and is not sold to third parties. Users may revoke access through their Google Account permissions at any time.
- • What may be accessed: only the Google data necessary for the integration you choose to connect — for example Google Calendar events (to manage scheduling), Gmail send capability (for appointment-related email), Google Sheets and Google Drive (for administrative records and files, where enabled).
- • Why it is accessed: to provide the appointment and administration features you selected, such as syncing bookings to your calendar or sending booking confirmations.
- • How it is used: solely to deliver the connected feature for the authorised user's account.
- • Storage: access tokens are used to make authorised requests on your behalf and are not shared with third parties. We do not store your Google password.
- • Revoking access: you can disconnect any Google service at any time from your Google Account security settings, or by contacting us.
7. Third-Party Services and Sharing
To deliver our services we may use trusted third-party tools, including Google (for calendar syncing and email) where you have authorised the connection. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data required to perform the service. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
